5 stars for A COMPANY that values its…

5 stars for A COMPANY that values its customer. A great variety of selection and a terrific customer service dept. The associate, Robert Nease was Awesome in terms of refund and new order shipping. Also, I want to thank the entire Customer service team for a great job.

Didn't authorize this charge …

I'm sorry but for some reason my card was charged 103.00 from this company tactical.gear.com I've never ordered anything from them I want answers otherwise I'm reporting this company!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They promised delivery in 3-6 business days. It has been 10 days and it has not even arrived at UPS yet. I had to order what I needed from someone else. They do not have phone service and do not respond to emails. TERRIBLE!!!

NOT HAPPY!!!!!! Order #3406256
I placed an order on 11/27/2020 for merchandise and as or 12/18/2020 I have not received. I called to get a status and the recorder states you must send an email. On 12/15/2020, I sent an email and requested a status. I got an automated reply saying someone would be contacting me soon. I sent a follow up 12/17/2020 advising no one had contacted me and as this was a Christmas present I would just like to have a status on when I may expect to recieve my order

I had ordered some gloves for my daughter that is in flight training for the Navy and paid for expedited shipping. It took over a week to get there and I sent TaticalGear an email letting them know. They immediately refunded my shipping and provided me with a 15% off promotion. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Double charged me and didn’t get my purchase

Double charged me, over $200 - never got a confirmation number - never got an email - never got my gear. And I’m out $200. This company can go to hell.

Tactical gear use to be amazing with…

Tactical gear use to be amazing with great customer service but has turned into the worst company to deal with since the coronavirus deal. They obviously can't function under pressure and i've been getting to return my boots for months now. I can't get anyone to return my messages or even respond.

Would give 0 stars if it would let me. Didn't receive $80 dollars of my order after paying extra for 2 day shipping. Received items in 4. Only receive automated responses from emails and they don't have a phone number you can call.

I placed an order for one item and did it wrong. Ended up ordering 3. I emailed the company and ask them to cancel two. Within an hour I got a confirmation that two had been canceled and my account was credited immediately. All of this took place after hours in a Friday night. GREAT customer service.

Buy ANYWHERE else!!

Extremely disappointed. Bought some boots to replace my old worn out ones, and 5-10 minutes after placing my order I received an email that the boots I had just purchased are on backorder and that I can expect them to ship JULY 22!!!!
Crazy. Pretty dishonest to wait to reveal that the product is out of stock until AFTER the purchase is made. I have reached out multiple times through email about a refund and have yet to hear anything(it's been almost a week).
Would highly recommend to stay away.
